Each of our products is made with care, crafted from organic, safe, and gentle fabrics for your little ones. We understand that sometimes, unexpected things happen — and here’s how we handle them.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Once your order is placed, it immediately goes into our fulfillment process to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes after placement.
However, if you reach out within 30 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to accommodate a change in product or delivery address — but only if your order has not yet been processed. Final discretion lies with Masha Mini.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.
To cancel, contact us at Info@mashamini.com or via WhatsApp on our support number with your Name, Order Number, Date of Purchase, and Contact Number.
Our team will verify and confirm the cancellation.
What about refunds?
We currently do not offer direct refunds.
If your order is damaged in transit or you receive a defective item, we’ll issue a credit note that can be redeemed for a future purchase on the Masha Mini website.

When and how will I receive a refund in case of cancellation?
If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a refund (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that actual crediting time depends on your bank or payment provider.

What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges for delivered products unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item received.
If that happens, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (photo or unboxing video). After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement of the same item.

If the packaging looks tampered with, do not accept the parcel. Once accepted, we cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged products.
What if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll inform you within 72 hours and issue a credit or recommend an alternate product.
